The titanium rod filter, composed of titanium metal powder, is a hollow filter tube that doesn't undergo high-temperature sintering via powder metallurgy. Due to its unique manufacturing process, it has gained significant popularity across various industries, including food, beverage, medicine, and chemicals.
1. Confirm that the system has stopped running upon receiving the production order.
2. Gather the necessary tools such as the appropriate filter element, removal tools, collection bucket, and rag.
3. Thoroughly clean the filter housing and secure the surrounding area. Wear protective equipment for safety.
4. Disconnect the filter that requires replacement from the system. Slowly open the exhaust port on the top of the filter to release pressure, taking precautions to prevent any material or liquid splashing.
5. Empty the material inside the filter and use a tool to open the filter cover. Remove the old filter element and dispose of it in a plastic bag.
6. Clean the interior of the filter using proper cleaning tools and a rag. Install the new filter element.
7. Open the plastic bag containing the new filter element and verify the integrity and positioning of the O-ring.
8. Install the material inflow according to the specified method of entering from the outside and exiting from the inside of the filter element.
9. Moisten the O-ring and the filter element holder socket with a suitable wetting agent, like water. Hold the end of the filter element near the O-ring and insert the filter element socket vertically into the holder socket until fully inserted. Pack the filter element bag, then secure the metal cover and tighten the filter using appropriate tools.
10. Close the drain port of the filter, open the air release valve on the top of the housing, and slightly open the inlet valve to allow the material to enter the housing. Once the liquid overflows from the air release valve, close it. Check the disassembly area for any signs of leakage.
11. Gradually open the filter outlet valve until it is fully open, indicating the completion of the replacement process.
12. Remove the replacement and cleaning tools, and tidy up the surroundings.
